Sports & Exercise Club

What is the Sport and Exercise class?

The group sessions focus on listening to instructions, team work, building strength, coordination, agility and developing functional movement through activities, drills and games.

Who is the program for?

This program is for children aged 8-18 years old who are ready to be part of a more structured exercise class, building on their skills and coordination through functional movement targeting specific muscle groups.

What is the cost to attend?

The cost to attend the 9 sessions is $450.

The cost of this group can be claimed using plan or self-managed NDIS funding.

When does it commence?

The group will commence at the beginning of each term and run weekly on Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm on the basketball court in the centre.

Who facilitates the Sports Session?

This class is run by a qualified Personal trainer with experience in working with people of all ages who have a disability.
